The SEAHRN is a consortium of 22 university-based institutions with members from 7 Southeast Asian countries, namely, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. SEAHRN conducts study programs, education, research and outreach activities on human rights and peace.
